Group Visits

The Cotswold Motoring Museum welcomes all groups large or small wishing to visit the museum.

If your group only wishes to view the museum, we only need a phone-call or for you to call in on the day of your visit. However, if you wish to use the car park, or take part in a school workshop we will need at least a week's advance notice.

Classic Car groups

If you belong to a classic car group why not organise a visit to the beautiful Cotswold Village of Bourton-on-the-Water in Gloucestershire for an afternoon drive and bring the family too?

There is plenty to do in the village, from enjoying tea and scones or a pub lunch, to exploring the wide selection of shops and many local attractions.

There is free parking on the museum fore-front for 6-8 cars per group over the age of thirty years.

If you have additional cars in your group, we suggest booking with the British Legion who have an extensive car-park only minutes from the museum on 01451 824303. Please book directly with the British Legion if you wish to use their car park.

Refreshments - There are plenty of local cafes, shops and restaurants within a minutes stroll of the museum.

Private Views

If you are looking for an extra special treat for a family member, planning an evening out after work or maybe just looking for something different, you can enjoy the amazing objects that the Cotswold Motoring Museum has to offer at your own pace on a summer evening…

Groups with Special Educational Needs - Sensory Learning Trolley

Suitable for groups and individuals with Special Educational Needs. Group leaders and carers can use the trolleys to help explore the Museum.

It is recommended that you meet with a member of staff prior to your visit to discuss the contents of the trolley and how to make the most of you visit.

Borrowing the trolley for the duration of your visit is free of charge. Normal admission rates apply.

Please call 01451 822 767 or email us to discuss your personal requirements for that extra special visit.
